Your Role and Impact

 

You will be planning, scheduling and evaluating the twenty-four hour nationwide operations of a fast-paced virtual health clinic, while ensuring our services are provided in accordance with 98point6 policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. You will be instrumental in creating tools to support our multistate licensed physicians and will work closely with the clinical team to ensure a positive patient experience and commitment to results. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily clinical operations tasks including time sheet approval, payroll reports and scheduling
  • Update clinician wiki and ensure compliance with all operational standards, guidelines, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Work with Clinical Operations Manager to develop optimal 24/7 clinician staffing, in line with patient volumes and business objectives
  • Assist in development and management of clinical operations Key Performance Indicators
  • Conduct retrospective analysis of patient visits
  • Support clinicians with tasks such as prior authorizations, ordering labs, resulting labs, direct patient follow-up regarding care or condition and identifying needed resources
  • Work closely with clinical operations, clinical research, product and commercial teams to provide comprehensive support to patients via externally-facing tools and resources
  • Create operational workflows to support commercial and marketing teams for engagement events

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in a fast-paced office setting handling a high volume of operational work
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a primary care or outpatient clinic setting
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Succinct and professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail
