Calling all content nerds! We’re looking for a program manager to join our team of writers, strategists, and creative types. You’d project manage, write content, and orchestrate the on-time execution of everything from blogs to white papers to content what-have-yous. You’ll need the ability to manage multiple projects and resources at the speed of tech marketing. You’ll work with internal stakeholders and partners to prioritize accordingly. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated understanding of content marketing’s many moving parts, and the ability to complete projects on aggressive timelines.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Serve as point person to receive content requests from stakeholders; manage the content development process end to end with relevant teams, run project kick offs, ensure all requests contain the relevant information needed to complete the project
  • Project manage content for a variety of areas (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media) create project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
  • Manage workflow of all content requests, assets, web copy requests with stakeholders by maintaining and serving as POC for Asana boards 
  • Manage and develop Asana workflow process as needed for each project/deliverable
  • Develop and manage an internal copy review process
  • Own digital asset uploads to data asset management platform
  • Ensure material is technically accurate, creative, and aligned with our messaging and voice guidelines through a developed review process and a good personal eye for grammar
  • Work closely with the Marcom comms and design teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts, develop messaging across multiple formats (e.g., video, blog, virtual and in-person events, social)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop & deploy digital toolkits to support the brand’s digital marketing programs and tactics for new product launches
  • Work in partnership with Campaign Manager to develop campaign materials across multiple business areas 
  • Engage, and cultivate strong relationships with internal/external partners
  • Consistently manages stakeholder expectations, ensures delivery of the highest quality service, and solicits and acts on feedback
  • Communicate and document project status and clear next steps to stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Develop and maintain internal resources to support writing and brand guidelines for internal/external resources 

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant program management / content marketing experience
  • Project management skills and experience working successfully with cross-functional teams, as well as freelancers and agencies
  • Experience working with Asana or other similar project management tool
  • Strong understanding of both technical and business value content and messaging in areas of data management, digital marketing and digital media
  • High quality writing, editing, and proofreading skills strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communicator who can both influence and listen in order to drive alignment across all stages of the content and asset creation process
  • Growth mindset. A self-starter with an established track record in creating successful marketing content from start to finish
  • An understanding of making content for SEO is a strong plus  #LI-BKW
