The Product and Engineering team is looking for a Governance Administrator to partner with Operations, IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure appropriate stewardship of company resources, timely response to operational and security questions, and cross-functional collaboration on shared resources.

Who You Are:

You are able to track multiple streams of critical information without missing a beat. You can maintain great relationships with our SaaS and Cloud suppliers. You are able to work effectively across our entire organization, ensuring that our needs are met and providing clear transparent information. You are able to maintain multiple sources of truth for all tracked information.

What You’ll Do:

  • Track and maintain all security guidance responses and protocols, including customer commitments, coming from Legal, Sales, or otherwise.
  • Engage with AAA GDPR conflict resolution work
  • Maintain VRM Portal
  • Maintain SaaS relationships, negotiations, commitments
  • Track tool usage and spend across departments
  • Define and implement resource tracking and waste elimination plans across all cloud resources
  • Proactively identify risks and issues; formulate mitigation and resolution plans and recommendations; escalate appropriately
  • Create and document standards and repeatable processes to enable knowledge sharing and future scalability

Requirements:

  • Assertive but compassionate in nature; able to assist internal partners toward strategic goals through a combination of persuasion and rapport
  • Energized by connecting and building long-lasting relationships
  • Extraordinary multitasking abilities and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented – able to assemble proper information correctly and accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written social skills
  • Ability to overcome obstacles in a fast paced and high expectation environment
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment, fail fast, learn, and adapt; flexibility to learn from what you’ve done in the past, not adhere rigidly to it
