Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Specialist to join our expanding Go To Market enablement team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the GTM Enablement Business Partners in go to market activities as well as helping to build a sustainable framework for new product releases.
What you will do in this role:
Manage aspects of the GTM programs for Global Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery teams.
Become a strategic advisor to review and improve readiness models
Partner with GTM, Business Unit, Product Marketing and Product Management Leads to manage enablement webinars from planning, logistics, execution and follow up
Attend GTM and BU Interlock calls representing Sales Enablement
Create and update documentation regularly for our quarterly Product Releases
Ongoing assessment of sales enablement needs and continuous enhancements to our enablement initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a sales enablement background including training design and delivery. A strong desire to learn as well as an ability to drive, collaborate, and manage a wide range of initiatives is a must. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational, interpersonal, solid facilitation/presentation skills, and broad execution capabilities will be required.
This person can work in a fast-paced environment and will be passionate about enabling others. He or she will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work independently.

• Understanding of what motivates your internal customer
• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in training and enablement organizations with a demonstrated track record of successfully executing and delivering sales training, onboarding and enablement programs preferred

Work Personas
Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.
Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
