This role allows you to work from anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like. Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.

Your role and impact

We are looking for a results-driven Program Manager to support the clinical integration and partnerships team at 98point6. You will work to expand the scope of our clinical care ecosystem and operationalize strategies to close gaps in care in a virtual healthcare environment. This includes supporting the development of a clinical partnership strategy that guides our growth, vetting new and innovative clinical technology companies and managing strategic partnerships through to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Design a strategic roadmap and build the case for pursuing new clinical partnerships
  • Articulate the impact of new functionality and programs on our clinic workflows and scope of practice
  • Evaluate the landscape of opportunities in the laboratory, prescribing, diagnostic testing and treatment space, including in-home and virtual delivery
  • Lead competitive and strategic analyses with the support of commercial, research analysts and outcomes teams. Assess legal and regulatory issues as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and drive the development of scalable programs and execution plans in support of company priorities
  • Communicate with partners and external vendors to describe opportunities, understand needs, plan and execute team goals
  • Ensure stakeholder awareness and alignment, and manage the process of moving projects efficiently toward meeting goals and launch dates
  • Represent needs and capabilities of clinical operations and physicians in partnership discussions
  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data, and present final recommendations that will drive short- and long-term impact
  • Support the statement of work negotiation process with clients and third-party affiliates
  • Organize and manage a pipeline of partnership activities in collaboration with commercial and technical partners
  • Facilitate clinical executive visibility and alignment with goals and priorities

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of program management and/or product management experience
  • Excellent customer-facing skills to prioritize and nurture business development relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of software as a service and the product lifecycle
  • Demonstrated excellence collaborating with product developers and engineering, as well as with non-technical commercial stakeholders
  • Ability to deeply understand technical trade-offs to inform decision-making
  • Ability to thrive with partial information and ambiguity, and create structure for the projects you lead
  • Demonstrated experience translating marketplace needs to company business objectives and goals
  • Proven experience working with data and analytics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and organizational savvy
