The Program Manager for the Revenue Excellence and Operations organization will be a key member of the Revenue Execution leadership team. 


They will be responsible for driving the rhythm of the Revenue Strategy and Revenue Operations team, organizing strategic initiatives, and program managing objectives to achieve revenue predictability, efficiency, and growth. This role will also help create systems around cross-functional teams to act as one for the most critical CRO and revenue objectives and will be a key strategic player to both Revenue Execution and wider go-to-market executive leadership.


The ideal candidate has an exceptional drive to both organize and pull teams of individuals together, and has great satisfaction for the well-oiled machine and great execution. The Revenue Execution values those who strive to understand larger business objectives while being comfortable to build in ambiguity.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Create structure and business rhythm for the Revenue Execution team to enable transparency, partnership, and clarity within the team and with key go-to-market and general operations partner teams
  • Set up structure and framework for managing key roadmap initiatives, identifying risk, and processing large requests
  • Program manage larger operational “councils” for the most critical cross-functional CRO objectives
  • Act as a key interface to program managers in partner teams, especially within go-to-market organizations (Sales, CS, and Marketing) and general operations teams (IT, Finance, Legal)
  • Drive and consult on strategic initiative roadmap development and prioritization

Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.8+ years of project or program management experience, or similar, in a growth environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong sense of partnership and diplomacy
  • Experience in data-driven organizations and decision making
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across teams
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, listening and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of revenue or sales organization a strong plus
  • Self starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
