We are looking for a Scrum Master & Project Manager who can provide process and project leadership, supporting product delivery for our consumer and enterprise applications. This role pairs with Product and Engineering team members to be a strong advocate for our enterprise customers and end users. The candidate will be responsible for managing deliverables, schedule, internal and external dependencies, and making sure the project is meeting delivery goals and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has delivered software solutions for enterprise customers, worked closely with business and technology partners, played a crucial role in supporting customer-facing software, and has demonstrable experience managing relationships of internal and external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support our Agile development process by facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.
  • Manage project timeline management including milestones and launch schedule
  • Create tickets and documentation as needed to support the team backlog
  • Assist in the development of work estimation and resource allocation
  • Order and prioritize items in the backlog to best achieve the product and project goals
  • Ensure that the backlog is visible and transparent, showing what the development team will work on next
  • Track interdependencies across work streams, communicate status and maintain burndown chart
  • Facilitate project meetings, publish meeting notes, capture key decisions to keep stakeholders and project resources informed.
  • Maintain toolbox of project administration tools
  • Assess project risk and develop contingency plans
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and provide escalation management
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders including team members, senior management and external partners
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to gather business requirements and help balance business needs with technical constraints
  • Conduct regular project reviews, gathering feedback from all stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of previous software scrum and or project management experience
  • Experience working in an Agile SCRUM development environment
  • Experience with mobile app release scheduling
  • Experience with Atlassian and Google suite products
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED

  • Software development or code review experience
  • Knowledge with networking & web application protocols (IP, TCP, UDP, HTTP/S)
  • Telecommunications industry experience
  • Familiarity with network testing tools
  • College degree or certification(s) in related field
