Senior Technical Program Manager

Your Role and Impact
As the technical leader on the Continuity Care product team, you will play a pivotal role in redefining primary care for patients across the country by developing creative, highly scalable solutions to address our most complex challenges. You will work cross-functionally to evolve the scope of our care, driving the design and delivery of innovative platform capabilities, strategic partner integrations and other key roadmap initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, design and commercial teams to deliver high-profile projects that address immediate needs and can scale to solve future problems
- Drive technical requirements, design and delivery planning, working across engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful launch of critical platform initiatives
- Draw on your experience with both software development and program management to hold a high standard of excellence for the products being delivered
- Lead transparent, swift decision-making across product and engineering, helping the teams prioritize and move quickly to ship products that add the most value for our patients and business
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent experience, with consumer-facing experience highly preferred
- 2+ years experience as a software developer, or equivalent experience to demonstrate technical design expertise and understanding of the developer experience
- Experience working with native apps highly preferred
- Experience with AWS highly preferred
- Experience working in a SaaS environment highly preferred
- Possess strong problem solving skills and creativity to add value and diversity of thought to our team
