You will have the opportunity to lead projects across the platform and organization that deliver innovative solutions to help expand global customer base, partner onboarding and integration and eventually improve customer stickiness.

 

What you'll do:

 

In an agile environment, you will drive the entire project lifecycle: requirements definition and specifications, quality assurance, implementation, integration, launch, and production support with Brand, supplier, and end customer usability in mind.

  • Synthesize requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet bold timelines

  • Write user stories, clarifying requirements and coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features

  • Be able to drive continuous process improvement and collaborate effectively with multi-functional business and software development teams, to solve problems and implement new solutions within the boundaries of Agile development practices

  • Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear lines of accountability

  • Prepare and own project plans, handle timelines and cross team coordination efficiently

  • Address bottlenecks, provide issue management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and encourage risk-taking behavior to improve business benefit

  • Effectively handle expectations and resolve concerns to balance customer, business and technology platform goals

 

 

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of program/project management within a technology environment, including experience as a scrum manager or agile product owner and strong understanding of SDLC, with a dynamic record of successful delivery of complex software systems or services

  • Bachelors or masters in a technology focused business degree or equivalent experience.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive innovation independently

  • Varied experience in building service oriented architecture solutions

  • Detail oriented, yet able to look at a wide array of technology and domain choices & identify what truly matters; problem solving and risk recognition and mitigation skills is a must

  • Effective written and verbal communication with multiple levels of business, partners and technical leadership

  • Maturity, judgment, influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills are essential!
