Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to manage our API integrations between MediaAlpha and our Advertiser partners. This includes overseeing the build of new integrations as well as managing an ongoing suite of APIs, defining success metrics, and reporting on overall program status.

Responsibilities

• Manage API integrations with client partners from build to ongoing maintenance and success.
• Work with external partners, internal account managers, and engineers to define, build, test, and release API integrations.
• Manage Backlog and Kanban workflows.
• Consult with external partners on best practices for data passing and API design.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Program Management or related project experience.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL, JSON, and Web APIs.
• Experience working with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate and communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully.
• A self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and ability to problem solve, while paying careful attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Atlasssian Suite (JIRA, Confluence) a plus.
