Position

We are looking for a driven, high-energy consultative sales professional to join the team as an Account Executive. You will partner with Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Sales Engineers (SE) to drive new business on the New Logo team. You will need the right mix of EQ, IQ and tenacity to challenge organizations and teams to change/transition from the status quo to a better way of doing business with a focus on manufacturing. After a deal is closed, our Customer Success team will onboard the account to help them fully utilize LiquidPlanner as a solution. Your role is to establish a great relationship from the beginning to keep our customers engaged and happy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in customer consultations and product demonstrations to c-level business and technical buyers.
  • Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
  • Execute LiquidPlanner sales methodology and process (Challenger Sales, Strategic Selling) to close deals.
  • Input and update customer data and information in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team (Executives, BDR, SE, etc.) to address issues and move deals forward.
  • Prioritize opportunities and work closely with the extended sales team for best results and volume.
  • Provide accurate monthly/quarterly revenue forecasting to Sales leader.
  • Utilize Challenger Sale, Solution Selling and Strategic Selling to craft value for customers.

 Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Ability to close complex deals with multiple buyers and influencers within 30-90 day sales cycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 2-5 years of consultative/solution selling experience.
  • Solid sales training in Challenger, Consultative, Solution and/or Strategic Selling methodology.
  • A track record of exceeding quota in SaaS or software.

  • Creative mindset; you can build multiple avenues and ways to achieve positive business outcomes and targets.
  • A driven attitude; you will do whatever it takes to achieve your objectives and win.
  • A thirst for learning and advancing your current skill set.
  • A track record of exceeding quota in SaaS or software.
  • Prior project management software sales experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience as a Business Development Rep is a plus.

Location

Our office is located in Eastlake (in Seattle) with multiple restaurants + bars. We overlook Lake Union and have great views of the Space Needle!
