We are looking for a motivated, reliable team player to join our team as a Customer Success Support Representative. Our team handles a variety of tasks each day, including sales support, account maintenance, and reporting requests. In addition, our team provides answers to customer questions and offers troubleshooting by working with other internal teams to find the root cause and provide a resolution. 

The CSS Rep will be expected to help maintain data accuracy and consistency of service standards to meet and exceed client expectations. To accomplish this, daily tasks may include:

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to client issues and concerns in a timely manner
  • Process multiple types of bulk service requests for marketing, sales, and clients
  • Support smaller accounts in tandem with account managers
  • Act as a liaison between clients and account reps by keeping in contact with up to date information
  • Oversee monthly reporting and ad-hoc reporting requests from Sales, Customer Success Managers, clients, and Marketing
  • Support Sales in customer retention, satisfaction, increased revenue, and average order size
  • Provide other departments and vendors with assistance
  • Demonstrate knowledge and provide troubleshooting to clients for internal and third-party applications
  • Maintain data integrity for all accounts created and ensure correct procedures for updates are followed unwaveringly
  • Work to improve the data integrity and functionality with the goal of having all records properly synced through all systems
  • Maintain documents for tracking and tasks
  • Maintain a high level of quality performance while meeting department standards
  • Other duties as assigned
 
  • Prior office experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in an open team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Available to work 6am – 6pm PST
