Redapt is looking to hire an Inside Technical Sales Specialist to support a team of Solutions Architects. The Role:

The Inside Technical Sales Specialist will act as a technical resource to support the sales engineering team as well as the broader sales organization. They will be responsible for creating, configuring, editing, and submitting daily sales quotes. They will respond to and resolve inquiries from varied internal and external stakeholders - sales engineers, solutions architects, channel partners and external customers. They will also help with developing SOWs (Statement of Work) and inside sales functions.

This individual will be expected to remain up to date on latest industry technologies, products, and service offerings. They will be required to complete various vendor based training requirements focused on datacenter technologies in server, storage, networking, software, and other emerging fields.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent work experience
• 1-3 years minimum relevant industry experience.
• Ability to manage multiple demands and shifting priorities;
• Basic foundation in server, storage, networking, and datacenter infrastructure components and concepts.
• Ability to differentiate and articulate various server platforms from a multitude of OEM manufacturers.
• Ability to learn quoting and configuration portals from various OEMs.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with multiple sales and purchasing operations teams to deliver quotes and answers to customers in a timely manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication as well as organization skillset.
