Sales Insight

• Help design and implement dashboards in Salesforce/Tableau to deliver actionable data to sales teams, at both the management and rep level
• Produce ad hoc reports for Sales and Field team leadership
• Work with Field team leadership to design, implement, and maintain sales territories

Commissions Processes

• Calculates/validates commissions accurately and on-time for Field teams according to current compensation plan rules
• Assist with creating and maintaining compensation plans across the Field organization
• Increase efficiency of current commissions process and/or evaluate potential commission systems
• Maintain absolute confidentiality related to all aspects of the commissions process
• Provide support for all commissions questions and inquiries

Order Management

• Understand internal systems and manage highly accurate and scalable order management and commissions process for growing sales teams
• Review sales orders to ensure accurate tracking of order information including contract language and product line items
• Work closely with Financial Operations team to ensure accurate data for all opportunities and Sales Orders
• Help influence the sales process to make life easier for all teams
