About the Role
Highspot is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, Xactly Administration to join our Seattle-based Global Sales Compensation team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-funded company in hyper-growth mode. This is a hands-on position assisting with the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and procedures that allow Highspot to continue to rapidly scale.
What You'll Do
- Oversee Xactly compensation plan configuration and management, including, but not limited to: quotas, quota relationships, formulas, rate tables, pay curves, lookup tables, attainment measures, and commission rules.
- Lead the end-to-end process of Xactly Administration. This includes monthly set-up of new hires and transfers, maintaining compensation plan components, and ensuring all statements and reports are up-to-date.
- Project Manage annual compensation plan review cycle. Work with various teams to plan, outline and set deadlines for all deliverables. Internally manage the annual process within the team and ensure successful completion per set deadlines.
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation of commission payments.
- Interact with sales representatives and sales leaders in the US, UK, and Germany and additional countries as we grow.
- Measure and report on the performance of sales teams against quotas on an aggregate and individual basis.
- Support ad hoc projects and reporting requests.
- Formally document all commission processes and develop training materials related to those processes.
- Communicate with sales representatives and sales management to resolve questions and become a trusted advisor to our Sales team. Process corrections and adjustments in a timely manner as they arise.
- Be a lead resource for commission policy and processes across the company.
- Seek to simplify, streamline, and automate commission processes.
- Work with the accounting team on month-end close to get accurate and timely reporting that is in line with generally accepted accounting principles.
Your Background
- 5+ years of related work experience in a sales compensation or sales operations position, preferably in a SaaS business.
- Advanced knowledge of Xactly with experience in end-to-end compensation plan configuration required. Experience with Xactly connect is a bonus, but not required.
- Experience with international compensation plans in multiple currencies is strongly preferred.
- Project management experience, specifically with leading an annual compensation plan review/configuration cycle.
- Experience presenting to large groups is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a ‘Details Matter’ mentality.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Experience with macros & VBA are a strong plus.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
- Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment.
- Understanding of GAAP. Experience with ASC 606 is a plus.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal across all levels of the company.
