Who we’re looking for:

We seek a highly experienced WFM Senior Manager, joining our Strategy and Operations Team within our Trust, Safety and Operations department. Our Strategy and Operations Team team supports our frontline agents and management team by creating game-changing improvements in workforce strategy & planning, process design, policy changes, improved data visualization, and enhancements to training and instructional design. The team also champions changes to product design, marketplace management, and marketing copy that better serves our customers, and therefore our support specialists. .


Your Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of robust WFM experience in budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, real time management and performance analysis with 3+ years of people manager experience, leading global teams
  • Have experience working for fast moving tech companies, preferably in a global set-up
  • You are a builder at heart, this role will have the responsibility of building an end to end best in-class WFM team and capability from ground up for global operations, managing both in-house and outsource operations across multiple channels of phone, messaging and emails
  • You are a storyteller through data, simplifying complex topics in a succinct way for the leadership
  • You are a great people leader, you nurture your team, empower them and help them grow and deliver exceptional results
  • You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, and a master disambiguator
  • You never stop pushing towards excellence and challenge the status quo
