As a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant, you will deliver high-quality solutions, perform analyses, and develop recommendations for clients, while mentoring junior team members.

Lead enterprise-scale digital transformation programs using Microsoft Azure AI, Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, and Dynamics 365. Manage cross-functional delivery teams, drive AI adoption and responsible governance, support business development, develop reusable Microsoft assets and training, and align client stakeholders across life sciences and other business domains.

Support client-facing teams in analyzing business problems, translating requirements into technical designs, and implementing technology solutions. Responsibilities include developing technical features with SQL and Python, applying agile and testing methodologies, interpreting business requirements, supporting project implementation plans, and collaborating with internal and client teams. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with exposure to cloud platforms and big data concepts.

Supports consulting project teams by researching markets, developing analyses, applying problem-solving frameworks, synthesizing insights, communicating findings, and collaborating with clients to implement solutions. The intern owns assigned deliverables and may support change initiatives and client decision-making. Strong performance may lead to a full-time offer.
