As a Strategic Technical Account Manager, you'll manage relationships with high-value clients, provide technical guidance on AI/ML infrastructures, and drive customer success through strategic alignment and direct consultation.

Serve as the technical authority for complex database and cloud infrastructure issues, architect enterprise-grade database solutions, and lead hands-on support for MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, and OpenSearch. Mentor junior engineers, design escalation and troubleshooting frameworks, run workshops and proofs-of-concept, participate in on-call rotations, and advocate customer feedback to improve platform features and reliability.

Serve as a strategic technical partner for key customers, providing architecture design, proactive engagement, troubleshooting, and advocacy to drive retention and growth. Deliver workshops, QBRs, tooling, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize customers' cloud deployments and align solutions to business outcomes.
