Manage a high-volume SMB and self-service customer portfolio through onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion. Build scalable enablement programs, monitor customer health and usage, automate health scoring and renewal triggers, identify retention and conversion opportunities, and partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing. Track program KPIs, analyze performance, advocate for customers, and help develop Hiya’s scaled customer success strategy.
