Lead and scale CrowdStrike's Identity Governance & Administration program: manage global IGA teams, design RBAC frameworks, secure non-human identities, embed IAM controls into engineering and product, automate identity lifecycles, ensure platform reliability, enforce least-privilege and compliance, and recruit and develop IAM talent.

Lead and grow a Platform Professional Services team delivering AIDR and Falcon platform implementation, configuration, and operational support. Provide hands-on technical delivery, build services and playbooks, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor staff, and continuously improve AI-driven detection and response offerings for strategic customers.
