Implement role design, reduce privilege sprawl, automate access workflows and reviews, integrate logging/metrics into SIEM, detect high-risk permissions, and drive secure-by-default practices and operationalization.

Operate and automate enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems using Okta and SailPoint IIQ, build Python-based automation and API integrations, support ServiceNow ITSM workflows, ensure compliance (FedRAMP), and collaborate with security, GRC, legal, and engineering teams to troubleshoot provisioning, enforce governance, and deliver observability and DevOps-driven automation.

Lead technical strategy and hands-on delivery of an enterprise AI Security Governance program across visibility, prompt protection, agent control, shadow AI, and compliance. Architect and deploy controls (AI detection/response, DSPM/AISPM, data-path controls), automate security operations, close high-severity AI data and access gaps, and produce executive- and auditor-ready risk narratives while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.
