Build and deploy production-grade agentic workflows for enterprise customers using Webflow APIs, CMS, AI capabilities, and external integrations. Design safeguards, observability, rollback paths, and permission boundaries; support live web properties at scale; collaborate with sales and engineering on complex deployments; and convert customer implementation learnings into reusable architecture blueprints and platform improvements.

Designs and owns Webflow’s foundational cloud and source-control infrastructure, including multi-account landing zones, networking, DNS, PKI, secrets, Infrastructure as Code, GitHub delivery pipelines, self-service hosting patterns, policy guardrails, observability, cost controls, and security baselines. Partners with SRE, security, and developer productivity teams to improve reliability, scalability, adoption, and performance while managing cloud vendors and tooling relationships.

Leads the engineering team building Webflow’s code-native platform, including high-fidelity visual-to-code workflows and coding-agent integration. Sets technical and product direction, shapes architecture, owns developer experience, sequences platform and customer-facing work, and partners across product, design, and engineering. This player-coach role includes architecture reviews, prototyping, hands-on contributions, hiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing technical culture.

Lead the technical vision and architecture for backend systems supporting experimentation, personalization, analytics, and conversion optimization. Design and operate high-throughput distributed systems and APIs, build data infrastructure, and productionize AI/ML capabilities. Drive complex multi-team initiatives, influence engineering strategy, establish technical standards and operational excellence, and mentor senior engineers. Partner with product, data science, ML, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
