Evaluates emerging cloud, hardware, and software technologies; drives hardware enhancements; benchmarks systems; resolves complex infrastructure issues; and coordinates root-cause analysis across databases, operating systems, networking, and hardware. Requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, Linux and database performance, datacenter technologies, Kubernetes, cost optimization, and cross-functional technical leadership.

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of large-scale cloud infrastructure automation software for ServiceNow’s global platform. Build reliable distributed systems, improve observability and resilience, develop automated testing and CI/CD practices, modernize platform capabilities, and mentor engineers.
