Leads the engineering team building Circle’s customer onboarding and lifecycle management platform. Responsibilities include developing scalable onboarding automation, customer lifecycle capabilities, partner-facing APIs and SDKs, compliance tools, and product-specific verification workflows. The role owns architecture, reliability, security, operational excellence, cross-functional delivery, hiring, coaching, and development of senior and staff engineers across risk, compliance, fraud, product, and engineering teams.
