Manage regional training coordinators and trainers to deliver consistent onboarding and training for Falcon Complete. Oversee onboarding progression, maintain and update training content, provide regional system and real-time support, partner with Curriculum Developers, monitor training metrics to identify gaps, and support intake, documentation, and JIRA-driven workflows. Deliver hands-on training as needed while ensuring alignment with global standards and regional needs.
