Leads the strategy, design, implementation, and operation of global leave, time-off, and disability programs. Oversees statutory compliance, complex ADA cases, third-party administrators, audits, service levels, HRIS and payroll integrations, analytics, automation, and continuous process improvement. Manages a distributed global team and partners cross-functionally to deliver employee-focused, legally compliant programs across international markets.

Lead end-to-end Americas benefits and leave operations, owning HRIS data integrity, vendor/TPA and carrier relationships, SLA-driven performance, LOA lifecycle, compliance, and employee experience. Manage and develop a team of benefits specialists, drive operational improvements and automation, and partner cross-functionally (Total Rewards, Payroll, Legal) while integrating AI tools to increase efficiency.
