The role also involves improving recruiting practices, responsibly using AI, and advising stakeholders in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.

Leads GitLab’s global People Operations and Compliance function, setting its strategic roadmap, scaling and automating employee lifecycle processes, establishing service standards and metrics, managing case management, overseeing global mobility and employment compliance, supporting global expansion, and developing a high-performing international team.
