Analyzes market data using compensation tools, develops leader training and communications, and advises HR, recruiting, finance, and executives. Also leads adoption of AI-enabled compensation workflows and resources. Requires 5+ years of technology-company compensation experience, HRIS and market benchmarking expertise, and strong analytical and presentation skills.

Lead and conduct workplace investigations, manage reasonable accommodation requests, support policy and handbook updates, deliver anti-harassment and regulatory training, track ER metrics, analyze trends and recommendations, and proactively support employee relations programs across Snap.

Manage U.S. employment-based immigration cases (nonimmigrant and immigrant), coordinate green card workflows, ensure compliance and audit readiness, partner with external counsel and internal stakeholders, drive process improvements, and educate recruiters and leaders on immigration policy and operations.

Owns end-to-end execution of Snap's compensation planning cycles (base, bonus, equity); leads compensation program design and rollout; partners cross-functionally; implements AI-enabled workflows; conducts benchmarking and analysis; builds enablement materials and supports equity operations to improve employee experience.
