Owns the strategy, design, governance, and evolution of enterprise performance management programs, including employee, executive, and scorecard processes. Improves employee and manager experiences, develops performance program roadmaps, partners with HR and business leaders, enables managers, and drives cross-functional initiatives through influence. Uses feedback, metrics, and business insights to improve outcomes while integrating performance management with talent development, compensation, career growth, and learning strategies.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to Financial Services and Borrow/Operations Engineering leadership. Drive org design, compensation, performance management, employee relations, D&I, and development. Lead complex employee relations, provide executive coaching, use people analytics for data-informed decisions, partner with CoEs, and foster company culture and stakeholder relationships.

Lead global compensation benchmarking, job architecture, and compensation structures. Model cash and equity programs, partner with Finance for stock-based forecasting, support executive compensation and proxy disclosures, and advise stakeholders on market practices and regulatory considerations.
