Leads BECU’s enterprise product management function, establishing product lifecycle standards, governance, operating models, and roadmap practices. Coaches product leaders and product coaches, aligns business and technology priorities, manages dependencies and execution risks, and advises senior leadership. The role also leads product councils, supports talent development, and drives product transformation across a complex, matrixed organization.

Owns strategy, vision, roadmaps, and full lifecycle delivery for business banking and payments products. Leads discovery, prioritization, launches, performance measurement, pricing, optimization, and growth initiatives. Partners across technology, operations, compliance, legal, finance, customer service, vendors, and business teams to balance member needs, financial outcomes, risk, and technical feasibility. The role focuses on improving solutions for small business members and driving enterprise-wide product decisions.
