Lead testing governance and deployment readiness for global Request to Pay implementations. Own integrated deployment plans, cutover runbooks, and go/no-go criteria; coordinate SIT/UAT, defect triage (JIRA), readiness scorecards, and stakeholder communications; run cutover governance and execution, manage risks/contingencies, and partner with PMO, Finance, IT, and business owners to ensure stable transitions to operations.
