Leads complex technical programs from prioritization and planning through execution and success measurement. Partners with Product and Engineering leaders, aligns stakeholders across teams and locations, manages risks, scope changes, impediments, and conflicts, and drives consensus and continuous process improvement. Promotes scalable program-management practices while ensuring timely delivery of valuable products aligned with company objectives.

Leads global data center design and deployment teams responsible for layouts, rack elevations, cabling, BOMs, installation packages, scheduling, budgets, contractors, commissioning, and operational handoff for AI/GPU infrastructure. Establishes repeatable deployment standards, manages cross-functional coordination, drives defect resolution and process improvements, and develops team talent across concurrent international programs.

Build and manage internal physical infrastructure capacity programs, from intake and forecasting through budgeting, procurement, hardware deployment, and reporting. Partner with infrastructure teams to plan bare-metal server capacity, track rack and power resources across data centers, and use observability data to identify bottlenecks. Create playbooks and dashboards, streamline infrastructure request processes, and coordinate stakeholders across Cloud Operations, procurement, and internal customers.
