Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, product, ops, finance, compliance), own discovery through delivery, drive data rearchitecture and observability, establish repeatable playbooks and tooling, spearhead financial remediation, and communicate program status and ROI to senior leadership to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
