Prepare the GM for executive forums, drive cross-team initiatives to committed dates, manage org mechanics with Recruiting and Finance, and build scalable processes, templates, and documentation. Hold leaders accountable, escalate appropriately, and remove organizational friction to deliver outcomes across distributed teams.
