Leads enterprise-wide production training and compliance initiatives, managing project plans, schedules, metrics, risks, change activities, and stakeholder communications. Coordinates cross-functional teams, suppliers, and business partners to deliver programs on schedule. Develops compliance processes, identifies continuous improvement opportunities, and prepares executive-level reporting and recommendations on training effectiveness. The role requires aerospace manufacturing experience, curriculum management or instructional systems design expertise, cross-functional leadership, and earned value management experience.

Coordinates Joint Programs communications, marketing, stakeholder engagement, and workforce-development projects. The role facilitates cross-functional collaboration, manages project resources, supports process improvements, maintains web or portal content, builds partnerships, and communicates services to union employees, Boeing management, and partner organizations. Occasional second- or third-shift project support may be required.
