Builds integrated schedules, manages dependencies and technical risks, coordinates verification and integration activities, and supports aircraft build, ground test, flight test, and readiness reviews. Translates complex engineering work into measurable plans, decisions, status updates, and mitigation actions while ensuring progress toward vehicle-level milestones.

Leads execution of an autonomous aircraft demonstration program across engineering, integration, flight test, manufacturing, and operations teams. Coordinates technical planning, subsystem integration, risk mitigation, readiness activities, technical reviews, testing, and executive reporting. Requires deep aerospace or unmanned systems experience and strong systems integration and program leadership skills.
