Manage end-to-end sourcing for global data center hardware, including supplier selection, relationship management, negotiations, RFPs and RFQs, cost optimization, lead-time improvement, delivery coordination, and supply continuity planning. Partner with legal teams and internal stakeholders to enforce category strategies, track supplier performance, and support large-scale hardware deployments.

Lead global datacenter site selection and acquisition, managing end-to-end RFPs, MSAs, SLAs, and multi-million dollar negotiations. Own vendor relationships, perform TCO and financial modeling with Finance, and collaborate with Legal and Operations to ensure facilities meet technical standards. Monitor datacenter and energy markets, drive vendor performance, and scale colocation capacity to support business growth.
