Coordinate supply chain planning and execution using MRP and BOM data; create production schedules; verify released engineering BOMs in planning systems; manage orders, resolve delinquencies, analyze excess/obsolete inventory, report schedule adherence, and support process improvements under general supervision. Role is onsite.

Design, document, and deploy end-to-end supply chain business processes and SAP integrations. Drive data discovery, KPI dashboards, self-service reporting, fit-gap workshops, requirements gathering, test planning (SIT/UAT), go-live readiness, training, and post-go-live stabilization. Identify process improvements, measure supplier/internal performance, assess compliance, and develop risk mitigation.

Manage supplier performance, quality, delivery and contractual obligations for aircraft wiring suppliers. Lead cross-functional teams to develop mitigation plans, drive continuous improvement, implement supplier base plans, analyze processes for improvements, and serve as primary contact for suppliers, customers and programs. Ensure export control compliance and onsite presence.

Support Integrated Aerospace Structures fulfillment by analyzing material requirements, optimizing inventory, authorizing/releases orders, resolving delinquencies, creating production schedules, implementing SCM process improvements, and supporting estimates and proposals.

Support procurement planning and supplier management: maintain processes and systems, extract and analyze data, prepare reports, track KPIs, coordinate schedule and purchase order changes, document and implement lean improvements, and support procurement-related projects and metrics.

Coordinate and expedite material and delivery requirements for emergent AOG situations; track and monitor orders using SAP/ERP and Boeing systems; liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to analyze escalations and drive timely problem resolution under tight deadlines.

Receive, inspect, store, kit, inventory, issue, and move aircraft parts, tools, supplies and hazardous materials. Maintain inventory records, operate material-handling equipment, prepare shipments, support scheduling, and follow safety and export control procedures. Assist in process improvements and train others.

Support procurement for MRO supplier management: prepare reports and databases, execute low-value procurements, assist higher-value transactions, communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, gather contractual documentation, organize meetings and administrative tasks, and develop solutions within established policies to improve procurement processes.

Support fasteners procurement across airplane programs by analyzing material requirements, verifying BOMs, releasing orders, ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing inventory, resolving delinquencies, creating schedules, and implementing process improvements to improve supply chain performance.

Lead supplier relationships and performance, manage supplier quality/delivery/financials, develop mitigation and supplier-base plans, analyze processes for improvements, act as primary contact for suppliers and customers, and lead project teams to meet program objectives.
