Leads materials planning, production control, inventory, warehousing, and logistics for autonomous aircraft development programs and a new manufacturing facility. Establishes supply chain processes, planning systems, material readiness controls, warehouse operations, and recovery plans. Partners cross-functionally on build plans, engineering changes, long-lead risks, NPI, production ramp, and operational readiness while leading the materials planning team.

Leads strategic sourcing and procurement for critical aerospace mechanical commodities, including airframes, machined components, landing gear, engines, and propulsion hardware. Responsibilities include supplier selection and qualification, negotiations, cost analysis, supplier performance management, risk mitigation, new product introduction, production ramp-up, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, manufacturing, finance, contracts, and legal teams.

Manage indirect procurement by executing and tracking purchase orders, sourcing vendors, negotiating pricing and terms, maintaining ERP records (Deltek Costpoint), onboarding suppliers, reconciling invoices, forecasting needs, and implementing procurement best practices.
