As a Technical Project Manager II, you will oversee project implementation for energy efficiency programs, manage resources, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and conduct technical analysis using BI tools and SQL.

The Project Manager will manage PMO activities, develop best practices, assess risks, communicate with stakeholders, and support project management efforts.

Manage and grow relationships with HVAC, water heating, heat pump, and commercial foodservice trade allies; support program launches and outreach; analyze participation and market data; provide training and field support; track/report market activity; coordinate between program leads and outreach teams to drive energy efficiency program performance.

Supervise the billing team and manage monthly invoicing workflows for Time & Materials and Cost-Plus contracts. Ensure timely, accurate invoices, SOX compliance, reconciliations, audit support, and escalations. Serve as billing SME for ERP implementation and produce analyses for monthly/yearly totals and variances.

Lead product development and management efforts for energy solutions, collaborating with teams to create and refine products for utility clients. Responsibilities include market research, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
