Entry-level operations role supporting Customer Care, Customer Master, Pricing, and AR/Collections. Execute defined tasks within SOPs, maintain and validate customer data, use CC360/Service Cloud and Genesys, assist KPI tracking and reporting, support cross-functional coordination, and participate in continuous improvement and knowledge management.

Support strategy, design, management, and delivery of US pharmaceutical exhibit programs for mature brands. Lead cross-functional planning, ensure congress strategy execution, maintain compliance with industry guidelines, mentor partners, manage multimillion-dollar exhibit budgets, perform forecasting/reconciliation, and coordinate vendors and stakeholders to deliver exhibit projects on time and on budget.

Support the Investor Relations team by developing investor-facing materials, preparing earnings and conference presentations, analyzing financial metrics and analyst models, summarizing research, taking meeting notes, and maintaining deep knowledge of the companys pipeline, performance, and competitive landscape to communicate strategy and outlook to investors and analysts.
