Administer and coordinate military and veteran education benefit programs, submit attendance certifications, verify eligibility, liaise with VA and military entities, maintain compliant student records, and process payments and invoices to support military-affiliated students.

Lead and operate WGU's internal coaching program: manage a coaching team, deliver ICF-certified coach training, partner with People & Talent and Learning Design, define success metrics, ensure ICF standards and credentialing, drive process improvements, and support coach program relationships with senior leaders to enhance employee experience.

The Lead Partnership Executive will develop enterprise partnerships, drive business development, engage C-suite leaders, create workforce solutions, and coach account teams to promote WGU's educational mission.
