The Role

As an Education Strategist, you will be the go-to resource for connecting with K-12 district and state leadership, including CTOs, DOTs, and other key stakeholders in support of their education technology goals. You will function as a thought leader and ambassador both internally and externally supporting GoGuardian’s vision and strategic direction.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the “voice of the DOT” in customer engagements and within the GoGuardian organization.
  • Support sales team members to understand and effectively communicate the benefits, challenges, and impact of technology in the classroom to ensure effective implementation of GoGuardian solutions that will meaningfully impact student learning for the long-term
  • Build relationships by participating in events, trade shows, user groups, and forums that connect with district leaders
  • Attend customer meetings and be a sales catalyst that helps in the sales process by aligning to and building trust with technology stakeholders, state and district leadership teams
  • Help educate and participate in sales team discovery and outreach strategies
  • Equip the sales team with insights and talk tracks to best position our solutions to state and district leadership
  • Demonstrate proactivity and good judgment in determining and executing on best next steps for customers

Who You Are

  • Current or former K-12 Technology Leader 
  • Foundation in district technology
  • Soft skills; ability to build rapport with internal and client stakeholders 
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in detailed documentation 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment; adaptable to shift priorities quickly
  • Collaborative and humble team player with a proactive mindset and ability to produce positive outcomes in a dynamic environment

The typical base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
