Avante, a Seattle-based provider of AI-powered benefits solutions for enterprises, announced its $30 million Series A funding round. The raise was led by Frist Cressey Ventures and brings Avante’s total capital to $40 million.

The company’s solutions serve benefits teams at enterprise organizations, augmenting their capabilities with opinionated agents designed specifically for critical benefits tasks. Benefits team leaders can train, coach, deploy and work alongside these agents, relying on them to handle operational busywork, complex document analysis and repetitive tasks. Avante has grown to serve more than 385,000 employees and family members across over 70 organizations since its launch.

Avante plans to invest its latest tranche of funding in furthering its global strategy, implementing agents across the full benefits lifecycle and continuing to build an agentic infrastructure for the benefits ecosystem.
