Design and build full‑stack systems solving complex, regulated business problems. Own features end‑to‑end, collaborate with product and operations, incorporate AI agents, ensure quality, scale, and measurable outcomes, and engage directly with users and stakeholders.

Own and evolve the design system and reusable UI components, translate design intent into production-quality React/TypeScript code, improve accessibility and consistency, prototype complex data/AI workflows, and collaborate with Design and Product to reduce frontend UX debt and guide system-level frontend architecture.
