The Customer Success Manager will oversee federal customer onboarding, foster user engagement, ensure compliance, and identify expansion opportunities for the 1Kosmos platform.

Build and scale a global channel partner program: recruit, onboard, enable, and expand GSIs, ISVs, MSPs/MSSPs, VARs, and cloud hyperscalers. Drive partner enablement, co-sell motions, joint GTM, marketplace transactions, and partner-sourced pipeline while reporting performance and collaborating cross-functionally to operationalize partner motions.
