Coordinate interviews, hiring communications, employment letters, job postings, and recruiting workflows. Support hiring managers, interview teams, and Talent Acquisition partners while tracking deadlines and maintaining accurate candidate records. Contribute to recruiting process improvements, AI and automation initiatives, events, sourcing strategies, and employer experience projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, adaptability, and attention to detail in a remote-first technology company.

Lead Apono’s product organization and oversee its platform and integration with 1Password. Set product direction, manage roadmaps and releases, align cross-functional teams, engage enterprise customers, and coach Product Managers. Partner with Engineering on technical decisions and collaborate with Design, GTM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver secure access-management products and measurable customer impact.

Improve 1Password’s technical SEO across consumer, PLG, and enterprise websites. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving crawlability, indexing, rendering, performance, structured data, internal linking, and international SEO issues; implementing CMS changes; partnering with engineering on requirements and release QA; leading migration workstreams; and building monitoring, dashboards, automation, and repeatable processes using search, analytics, crawl, log, and CMS data.
