Run day-to-day community programs and player engagement for a mobile title: manage social/Discord/Reddit channels, surface player feedback to dev teams, enforce moderation policies, measure KPIs and sentiment, produce shareable content and reports, and collaborate with Product, Live Ops, and Marketing to inform roadmap and retention-driving features.

Own and execute WWE SuperCard live-ops monetization and calendar. Design and run events, sales, and promotions; tune economy and gameplay using quantitative and qualitative data; monitor real-time player metrics; advocate for community sentiment and iterate on event success criteria.

Support milestone delivery and cross-functional alignment for AAA titles. Manage feature execution, schedules, risks, and communications; advocate player experience and quality; coordinate publishing and studio partners.

Design gameplay experiences, collaborate with teams on features and monetization, analyze data for improvements, and stay updated on industry trends.
