Provides technical leadership to consultants and delivers client-facing cloud projects involving Azure infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, cloud automation, and emerging cloud technologies.

Leads financial services product marketing for banking and insurance solutions. Develops Azure go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, solution launches, marketplace listings, sales enablement, demand campaigns, thought leadership, and client success stories. Partners with delivery, alliances, sales, engineering, analytics, design, and marketing teams to identify market opportunities, accelerate sales, improve win rates, and strengthen 3Cloud’s Microsoft Azure positioning.

Lead technical delivery and architecture for Azure networking engagements. Design secure, high-performance network topologies, provide technical oversight, coach teams, resolve escalations, create reusable artifacts, and ensure projects meet milestones and billable targets.

Owns Microsoft alliance execution, partner program incentives, funding optimization, co-sell operations, and joint go-to-market initiatives. Manages a seven-figure funding target, coordinates Microsoft and channel relationships, tracks pipeline and programs in Salesforce, supports escalations, facilitates business reviews, improves alliance processes, and mentors team members. Partners with Sales, Delivery, clients, and alliance leadership to accelerate Azure customer opportunities and strengthen revenue growth.

Support and architect clients' Azure data platforms and Power BI environments within Managed Services. Design Databricks Lakehouse and Delta Lake solutions, build and maintain data pipelines, advise on governance/licensing, resolve escalations, mentor junior staff, communicate with clients, create documentation, and promote best practices for HIPAA-compliant healthcare data solutions.

Responsible for generating business at new accounts and expanding existing client opportunities, focusing on solution selling and relationship management within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Lead solution architecture and technical strategy for large-scale Azure modernization engagements from presales through delivery. Define reusable reference architectures and frameworks, mentor architects and engineering teams, conduct design reviews, support presales and proposals, identify cross-project patterns for shared IP, and manage workload to meet utilization and sales targets.

Lead technical delivery and architecture for complex Azure engagements, mentor teams, translate business needs into cloud solutions, drive IaC-based implementations (Bicep/Terraform), champion automation and AI-enabled delivery, support presales and client relationships, and ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
