Architect, implement, monitor, troubleshoot, and govern data platforms, ETL pipelines, data warehouses, semantic models, reporting, and AI/ML solutions. Manage incidents and SLAs, advise clients on licensing and technical strategy, communicate solutions, document environments, and mentor distributed engineering teams.

Leads the strategic direction and operational performance of a managed services organization. Oversees delivery teams, client satisfaction, service metrics, escalations, onboarding, continuous improvement, reporting, and operational scalability. Partners with sales, engineering, and executive stakeholders on service offerings, client growth, renewals, and delivery models. Advises clients on IT operations maturity and service improvements while managing KPIs, SLAs, tools, and resources.

Designs, implements, and supports Azure DevOps solutions for clients. Leads technical envisioning, solution design, cloud workload deployment, automation, CI/CD implementation, infrastructure transformation, troubleshooting, and remediation. Provides technical leadership to consultants and delivers client-facing cloud projects involving Azure infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, cloud automation, and emerging cloud technologies.
